Quality Assurance Testing is the "last mile" in software development and typically where most software products fail. SearchForecast understands that the development team who built the software should not be considered a reliable quality assurance. Why? The reason is that clients expect the developers to deliver a perfect bug free solution whereas the development team after months of looking at the product are blind to the bugs.
We recognize it is unfair for developers to be part of the Quality Assurance Testing which is why our philosophy is to use third party usability testing and specific quality assurance specialists.
