Richard is responsible for furthering our partner strategy and making it easy for
partners to use and sell SearchForecast services. Richard has over 10
years product management, business development, and sales experience at
XO Communications and GTE Internetworking. Richard has an MBA from Cal
State East Bay.

Raymond is responsible for sales and business development for both

Ray started his career is Sales with Yellow Book USA. As the company
was breaking out of small markets In Long Island, NY and into New York
City he sold print ads to Small to Mid-Sized businesses in
Manhattan’s storefronts and high-rise buildings.
Ray has
over 12 years sales management experience in enterprise sales
solutions, business development, and pre-sales consulting at One
Commuications - the largest privately held Competitive Local Exchange
Carrier & XO Communications (NASDAQ: XOHO). Ray holds a BA in
English Literature from Arizona State University. Ray lives in New York
City and is passionate about the New York Yankees.

Assaf Igell, VP Affiliate Marketing & Media
Assaf is responsible for affiliate marketing, publisher network development and media buying at SearchForecast. Assaf commenced his carreer as a web analyst at the third largest iGaming ad agency in Israel with over $1.5MM monthly ad-spend. Thereafter, Assaf co-founded Syntryx Inc a competitive intelligence search engine. Assaf is an experienced traffic analyst and specializes in customer acquisition, deposit retention and managing traffic of tens of millions of dollars across paid search, affiliates (CPA) and social media. Assaf is a frequent speaker at Affiliate Summit, DigitalHollywood and the Casino Affiliate Convention. Assaf lives in San Francisco.
Tania Johnston -Regional Manager, Australia
Tania Johnston is the Regional Manager for in Australia. Tania specializes in new
business development, relationship management and channel management,
she has worked in the IT industry for 15 years in many diverse areas
such as hardware sales, application sales in the area of property
management, winery management and financials as well as database sales
working for Oracle. She has also spent 10 years in the online
e-learning market acting as Channel Manager for Skillsoft Australia
looking after content partners such as Microsoft, Cisco, Novell,
Oracle, IBM/Lotus as well as establishing resellers. She was involved
in setting up SelfCert to resell IT Certifications via e-Learning to
the individual market, a company that was purchased by Seek Ltd. which
is now known as Seek Learning. Tania introduced the first franchise to
Australia of the well know US based Dating for Busy Professionals
franchise called Its Just Lunch. Franchises are now in most major
cities in Australia.

Sam Stern -VP Online
Media
Sam is responsible for online media amongst SearchForecast clients.
Previously, Sam was head of business development for Yahoo! Australia
and New Zealand. Prior to joining Yahoo! Search Marketing, Sam worked
with Fairfax Digital Australia for three years as Business Manager in
Digital Distribution. Previously, he was Content Director for the
Thompson Group in the UK.

Riyaz Lakhani - VP Technical
Services.
After finishing his engineering in the year 1993, he went to England to
pursue a diploma in Business Management. There after he worked for
various large and small organizations including KPITCummins where he
was a practice head and then worked at Cybage Softwares Pvt. Ltd, where
he handled the accounts of the EMEA region. Over the years he has
helped large organizations with automation of business processes and
help build applications around the legacy softwares of these companies.
Though he has been stationed in India but frequently visits client
locations around the world. He now manages the offshore division of
Searchforecast India and handles a team of 50 engineers.
David Rodnitzky - Partner CRS

Since 2000, David has held positions as Director of Marketing at
Rentals.com, an apartment rental web site funded by Sequoia Capital and
Softbank Venture Partners and Senior Manager of Search Marketing at
FindLaw, the largest legal website. In 2004, David joined Adteractive
as Director of Search Marketing and was recently Vice President of
Advertising at Mercantila.com. In 2008, David founded PPCAdBuying
providing his paid search expertise. David received a BA with honors
from the University of Chicago and a JD with honors from the University
of Iowa. David lives in San Francisco.
