All personal data from form postings are are stored in the SearchForecast
database, even after "deletion," and may be archived elsewhere.
All information from form postings is stored indefinitely.
SearchForecasts makes good faith efforts
to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not
available to the public, yet we cannot guarantee complete security.
SearchForecast Publisher Directory pages,
PDF reports and classified listings are ofiten highly indexed by search
engine such as Google and Yahoo! SearchForecast is not affiliated with
any search engine and hence cannot guarantee the accuracy of results contained
in archived search engine results pages.
Using Your Information
Information that you have provided us will
be used in three ways:
- To verify and confirm your registration on SearchForecast via email.
- To communicate to you new products and services and also at times, the opportunity to up take on special promotions or offers. You have the option to opt-out of this communication by replying to the communication with an unsubscribe message.
- To generate a holistic but anonymous view of the SearchForecast customer
base. This information will allow us to analyze trends and demographics
to help SearchForecast improve on the services provided.
- It is important to note that we only send periodical communications to people who have "opted in" to receive it. We do not set out to "spam" our members in any way and honour their right to privacy.

authorities if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief

With organizations that we have affiliate
relationships with but do not own, your information will be shared with
that business. Please note, that we only go into partnerships with companies
who have the same regard to Privacy as we do.
- Industry Groups
From time to time we provide statistical
information about sales, trading patterns and navigation techniques
to reputable third parties. This may comprise data collected about you
and other users to form aggregate results. However, we will not provide
any direct personal information that identifies you as our customer.

given to us by our members. At times, we use:
- Names on member accounts to compare with information on publicly
available domain registrars
- We use member email addresses provided to us to communicate with
customers about payments
- In cases where fraud or other crime is suspected, we do communicate
with Police, Banks and other relevant authorities
- Many of these checks are done manually and communication is handled
carefully by a member of SearchForecast's own Customer Experience
team.

SearchForecast receives visitors from many
countries. Our data is stored on servers located in the United States
and by providing us with your data, you consent to the transfer of such
data.

Information sitting on the SearchForecast website is protected by state-of-the-art

Accessing Your Information
Personal information provided by you can be changed by contacting SearchForecast

have finished shopping within SearchForecast's websites. This is to ensure

if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable
information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was
collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a
choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different
manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy
